Terms & Conditions for 9bbd — Please Read Carefully

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9bbd website at 9bbd.lat, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with 9bbd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with 9bbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional material, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

9bbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 9bbd platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 9bbd platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain a 9bbd account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 9bbd, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have requested exclusion from gambling services, whether through 9bbd or any third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You must not have had a previous 9bbd account that was closed by 9bbd for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9bbd implements age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage, including prior to permitting any withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed with immediate effect. Any balance held in such an account will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, less any bonus credits. 9bbd will not be liable for any loss resulting from the use of the platform by a person who misrepresented their age.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active 9bbd account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 9bbd will close all but one account at its discretion. Any winnings or bonuses accrued across duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when completing the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. It is your obligation to keep this information current. 9bbd may request updated documentation at any time, and accounts with materially inaccurate registration details may be suspended pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9bbd account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to use your account, or access any other player's account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9bbd support immediately via live chat. 9bbd cannot accept liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

9bbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other point deemed necessary by 9bbd's compliance team. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is complete.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 9bbd does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 9bbd accepts no responsibility. Deposits made from a payment method not registered in your own name may be declined and returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all methods. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of a verified request being submitted, subject to KYC compliance. 9bbd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of winnings attributable to bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

4.3 Prohibited Payment Practices

You must not use the 9bbd deposit and withdrawal system for any purpose other than funding legitimate gameplay on the platform. In particular, the following are strictly prohibited: depositing funds without placing genuine bets (reverse transaction fraud), using third-party payment accounts or borrowed funds, and any pattern of depositing and withdrawing that suggests money laundering. 9bbd cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating suspicious financial activity and reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

9bbd offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of activation. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute between 10% and 50%. Games that are excluded from wagering requirement contribution are identified in the promotion's terms.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 9bbd platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. These studios are independently certified, and their random number generators (RNGs) are audited by accredited testing laboratories. 9bbd does not modify game logic, payout percentages, or outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the 9bbd server, the server-side result shall be the definitive record. Technical malfunctions during gameplay void all pays and plays for the affected round. 9bbd will make every reasonable effort to notify affected players and resolve disputes within 72 hours.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9bbd platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one player account, whether in the same name or different names.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology that conceals or falsifies your geographic location.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match-fixing, or any form of sports betting manipulation.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in tournament formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known software error must be reported to support and may be voided.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9bbd staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 9bbd account at any time by contacting support via live chat. If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel gambling is having a negative impact on your finances or wellbeing — please inform the support agent of this reason so that the account can be flagged for self-exclusion rather than standard closure, and so that you can be provided with appropriate resources. 8.2 Closure by 9bbd

9bbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or financial crime, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or prolonged inactivity. Where an account is closed by 9bbd due to the player's breach of these terms, any remaining balance — including deposit funds, bonus credits, and winnings — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 9bbd will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying any inactivity policy. Following the notification period, an administration fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance. 9bbd will not deduct inactivity fees below a zero balance.
